Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Network Technician, for direct integration, in a company located in Vila do Conde.

- Control operations and change management of external service providers based upon SLAs.
- Be responsible for WAN, LAN, WiFi, Data Center Connectivity and Network Security for the global corporate network.
- Responsible for customer, partner, and service provider alignment.
- Contact internal IT colleagues worldwide.
- Create and monitor maintenance and support plans.
- Create and update documentation.

requisitos/requirements
- Experience with active network infrastructure, security and network services (load balancers, LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls, proxies, VPN, AAA).
- Knowledge of passive network infrastructure and protocols.
- Understand complex dependencies and working & implementing new technologies.
- Good level of English (mandatory requirement).
- Good communication skills, team player, critical thinking.
