About the role

The selected candidates will integrate the Service Design team, within the Group Data Centre Unit and would be responsible for the management of the Service Design Team.

What are the challenges for this role?

Providing technical designs for customer projects, including preparing simple and complex network designs. Requirements gathering from the customer. Recommendation of architecture and infrastructure changes and ensure that network capacity matches business demands. Provide guidance, direction and leadership to the team and motivate and coach the team members to enhance their own performance and skills.

What skills will get you selected?

Experience in managing service design for network in technical departments;

Experience in coordination and leadership management;

Experience in managing and developing network functions;

Experience in routing, firewall and switching technologies;

Strong knowledge in network services;

Knowledge in IP protocols;

Team player, with leadership skills;

Good communication skills in English (written and spoken);

Academic background in Telecommunications or similar.
