Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

You are scheduled this week for the early shift. You start at 07.30 and you are responsible this week for all incoming tickets and alerts. You get a nice cup of freshly ground coffee at our pantry and you start your laptop. The monitor showing PRTG shows multiple alerts from the EMEA and ASPAC region. You immediately check the EMEA alerts and give a heads up to our colleague in Singapore to check the alerts for ASPAC. Inspecting the logs of the firewalls using Fortianalyzer to analyze the syslog messages, you noticed a possible power outage at the terminal. You call the terminals Maintenance department and they confirm there is a power outage. You log the information in the ticket in Service-Now and you put a message on our Outage Portal to update all users in that terminal. 
That was a flying start of the day!
The rest of the day you go through your ticket overview and update those tickets that require attention.
In the afternoon you have scheduled an upgrade of the firewall cluster. You prepared this change according to our Change Management process and it was approved.
After the upgrade, you noticed the work instruction regarding upgrading firewalls is off and you correct the instruction and send an update to the team.
Before the day is over, you check the access procedure for the terminal you want to visit tomorrow, as there is a switch with a possible faulty fiber connection.

Required:
●    Fortinet NSE4 certification with at least 3 years of experience. Think about upgrading clusters, changing policies, implementing IPSEC and SSL and making packet captures on CLI.
●    Cisco CCNA certification with at least 3 years of experience. Think about upgrading stacked switches, rolling out VTP, troubleshooting L2 issues, and adjusting access-lists.
●    Experienced in working with incident and change procedures (ITIL, management of change).
●    Highly experienced in working with Cisco Switches, Wireless, Firewalls and IPSEC
●    Experience in automation using API
●    Experienced in working with incident and change procedures (ITIL, management of change).
●    Capable of writing documentation (work instructions, technical project support documents).
●    Fluent in English, speaking and writing
●    Willing to work in shifts 
●    Willing to do standby shifts: once every 5 weeks
●    European driving license

Optional:
●    NSE5 FortiAnalyzer / FortiManager
●    ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certificate.
●    Cisco CCNP
●    Experienced in Cisco DNA Center
