Main Technical Requirements:

•At least 4 years of experience in Network;
•Experience in L2/L3 support;
•Cisco Certifications: CCNP Collaboration or higher;
•Experience Cisco Unified Communication Manager and SIP Gateways;
•Experience in Contact Center technical management;
•Experience with Cisco Switches and Routers network equipment;
•Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Engineering is valued.

Other Requirements:

•EU citizenship;
•Ability to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;
•Experience in functional development;
•Good proficiency in English.
