Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

•Management and support of structured customer networks, in physical and virtual environments;
•Design and Implementation of Network/ Security Solutions;
•Execution of maintenance and operation activities in the networks under management, with the objective of maintaining the stability and resilience of the networks;
•Incident resolution in networks under management;
•Management of Firewalls, Load Balancers and other appliances;
•Execution of projects in customer networks;
•Develop the activity to contribute to the continuous improvement of the clients Quality, Environment, Information Security and Service Management performance.

Main Technical Requirements:

•Knowledge of routing protocols (BCG, OSPF, etc.), MPLS and switching;
•Experience in the design and implementation of Network / Security solutions / projects in a Data Center environment;
•Experience in balancing equipment from different manufacturers (Cisco, F5);
•Experience in Firewall equipment (CheckPoint, Cisco);
•Experience in Cisco and HP equipments;
•Knowledge / experience in routing and switching protocols.
