We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.  We have more than 130 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

What are you going to do?

• Support the configuration and deployment of appliances to monitor business critical services and applications;
• Develop a solution and system specifications to meet the needs defined by the Leadership team and the goals of the Project team;
• Communicate system requirements, manage deliverables and schedule of the Supplier’s software and technical support team;
• Define plan and software / hardware specifications to integrate this system with other existing systems;
• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise;
• Ensure that the functionality and capabilities of the agreed architecture and infrastructure are fulfilled;
• Address technical concerns, requests or enhancements to improve the service and customer satisfaction;
• Monitor systems / application to ensure they meet both user needs and business goal.

What are we looking for?

• MSc/BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar;
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect;
• Proven work experience as a network / telecommunications specialist;
• Familiarity with various operating systems like Windows, Linux and UNIX and databases like SQL, MySQL and DB2;
• Experience in cloud technologies;
• Knowledge of selected coding languages like JavaScript, Java, C#, Swift, Python, etc;
• Experience with software development, application architecture, network design, cloud system administration and/or network / application / End to End monitoring tools;
• Experience in project management and service-oriented architecture (SOA);
• Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of network infrastructure (e.g. SD-WAN, MPLS, TCP/IP)
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired;
• Experience and understanding of network design related to Cloud solutions, WAN, datacenter and client-side LAN networks and their effects on application performance.
