The SysAdmin will be a member of the "DOKO Managed Services" team within the Customer Success organization and therefore his/her primary focus will be to install, deploy, manage and support the underlying infrastructures.
The job :
Install, deploy and manage infrastructure (based on open source technologies),
Assist customers using the solution - take into account incidents or requests for intervention submitted by customers, analyze and carry out actions necessary for their resolution,
Collaborate with the R&D teams in the resolution of incidents requiring it
Communicate relevant information (time spent, technical risks, ...) within the team,
Carry out all studies that you will be entrusted with on technical projects, IT developments, and possibly pre-sales presentations, at the customer's site or at the company's premises,
Monitor the platforms,
Produce reports,
Guarantee customer satisfaction
You :
Have a solid knowledge of GNU/Linux and Windows environments
Master the following protocols: SSH and its variations, RDP, Telnet, (Debian) HTTP(s) and have notions in network (Firewall, VPN), databases (MySql) and directories (Active Directory, OpenLDAP)
Have knowledge of public cloud administration (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Fluent in English (French would be a plus)
Be comfortable on the phone and have good customer contact (customer satisfaction is our priority)!
Be able to have a macro view of the customer's infrastructure,
Be friendly!
