Minimum qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Manager in the IT sector
• Experienced in International Business Development, preferably Nearshore
• Ability to identify and develop business opportunities
• Strong relational skills and ability to generate solid business relationships with potential customers
• People-oriented mentality
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership
• Experience recruiting in the IT sector
• Fluent in English

Valued qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
• French speaking is a plus
