Desired qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience at the engineering level implementation, supporting, deploying and configuring Microsoft Active Directory
• Strong experience with MS Exchange
• Experience with different operating systems and also in installing applications on those, such as Skype and Lync
• Ability to solve incidents with the SLA´s
• Knowledge of managing file sharing permissions to monitor mailbox space and their trail
• Knowledge of SQL
• Good organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Valued qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar;
• Microsoft Certifications preferred
