Dellent is a Portuguese consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, focused mainly on IT and Telecommunication services, and we are hiring a Monitoring Operator (m/f) for a long term contract role in Porto area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise all technical platforms;
• Supervise clients' applications;
• Manage technical events or incidents;
• Perform technical operating acts;
• Write operational reports;
• Keep logbooks updated;
• Propose actions in the field of continuous improvement.
   

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Scientific Training or Technical training of information systems (Level 5 and more) or related fields;
• Working experience in Computer Science is a plus;
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS (basic operating command);
• Knowledge of Databases (including networks);
• Knowledge of ITIL V3 Foundation is a plus;
• Excellent analysis skills;
• Proactive and autonomous;
• Respect hierarchy and procedures;
• Passionate about teamwork;
• Great communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Availability to work on a rotative shift schedule;
• Fluency in French and English Languages (B1 level at least).
