Because we aspire to do more and better, we are looking for Monitoring Operators to integrate our Client internal team, based in Lisbon. Monitoring Operators main responsibility ar to supervise all technical platforms.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage Technical events or incidents.
• Perform technical events or incidents.
• Write operational reports.
• Propose actions in the field of continuous improvement.

You must have:

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS (basic operating command).
• Knowledge of Databases (including networks).
• Knowledge of ITIL V3 Foundation is a plus.
• Technical degree.
• English literacy.
