X-Plora is hiring for its IT team!

We are a start-up, located in Porto (just in front of the river!) and member of the GEMA group (over 40 people, just downstairs!).

The company develops a software/app that guides users throughout a Venue or a City in a totally interactive and immersive way. As the visitors move around, the APP provides customized information/content, determined by the user’s exact location, profile and interests.
With features of Geo-Referencing, Virtual and Augmented Reality, 3D Sound, Gamification and Inclusive Visits for different kinds of visitor profiles, X-PLORA takes the visitor experience to the next level.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or similar experience
• >3 years Mobile Development
• Expertise with iOS/Android native technologies
• Proven record of Apps Store deployments
• Knowledge of Design patterns
• Good understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Understanding of collaboration tools like Git
• Experience with REST APIs 

Bonus:

• OpenGL
• Augmented Reality
• ArCore/ArKit
• Experience with unit testing and/or automated testing frameworks
• Push Notifications

Location: Porto
