What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related;
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a technical lead, specializing in PHP Symfony and API development;
• Proficiency in middleware technologies, specifically in ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) concepts, Kafka, and API management;
• Experience in middleware architecture and the ability to contribute to the design and scalability of the middleware infrastructure;
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

What will you be doing?

• Setting up and configuring middleware applications to facilitate seamless communication and integration among different systems and teams;
• Providing technical expertise and support to teams working with middleware applications, ensuring their effective utilization and adherence to best practices;
• Monitoring and maintaining the performance, security, and stability of the middleware applications, taking proactive measures to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks;
• Developing and delivering training sessions on Tibco, Kafka, Kong, etc;
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in middleware technologies and industry trends;
• Assisting in the design and architecture of middleware solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compatibility with existing systems;
• Participating in the development of new middleware functionalities and enhancements, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements.
