ROLE DESCRIPTION

Love UX Design? Do you want to solve usability challenges and build interfaces that will be used by millions of people?

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to come join us. The scope of work covers existing and new applications across different targets and use cases in various industries, such as finance, energy, retail or telecom, both for national and international clients.

You will be working side by side with PMs, Service Designers, Motion Designers, Software Engineers and other UX/UI Designers in a very friendly and informal but fast passed and dynamic environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience (minimum 3-year) in UX/UI Design, specially with mobile solutions;
• Genuine interest in understanding user needs and the businesses we are solving problems for:
• Experience conducting/participating in UX Research processes and co-design workshops is a plus;
• Ability to create UX flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and usability tests;
• Ability to craft beautiful UIs (from scratch or following a design system/styleguide) for mobile apps and web platforms (having in mind what the frontend devs will go through when bringing them to life);
• Comfortable using Sketch, Invision and related platforms (such as Zeplin or Figma);
• Ability to present and defend proposals with stakeholders and work with different project teams;
• Passionate about technology;
• Strong skills in time management, autonomy and and a goal oriented mindset.
