What skills do you need to have?

• Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, and SQL Server On-Premises Solutions Networking (Network assets and liabilities, switch, access point, and router configurations);
• Virtualization, specifically VMWARE in a multi-server environment;
• Server Hardware and SANs;

Preference for Candidates With Additional Knowledge Of:

• Microsoft Cloud Solutions, specifically Azure and Office 365 (or GCP/AWS);
• Open Source Linux Solutions;
• Cisco Networking and VoiP Solutions (or Asterisk);
• Fortinet Security Solutions;
• Fluent in English

Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Designing, implementing, and administering complex Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange Server, and SQL Server On-Premises Solutions;
• Architecting server infrastructure, configuring and optimizing Active Directory, deploying and managing Exchange Server for high availability and fault tolerance, and fine-tuning SQL Server for optimal performance and scalability;
• Implementing VLAN segmentation, configuring Quality of Service (QoS) for network traffic prioritization, optimizing routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP, and implementing secure access control lists (ACLs) for granular network security;
• Deploying and managing enterprise-level virtualization solutions, specifically VMWARE, in a multi-server environment.
