- More than 1 year of professional experience in IT Support (mandatory requirement).
- Experience with Cloud Azure (mandatory requirement).
- Experience with SQL Server (mandatory requirement).
- Good oral communication in English (mandatory requirement).
- Experience with ticketing tools.
- Technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Passion for technology and learning.
- Good communication skills with customers.
