We know that you love Microsoft’s world and have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or similar;
• Previous experience supporting Office 365 solutions;
• Experience in troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies;
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of other languages is highly valued;
• Excellent communication skills.
