Microsoft NAV Business Analyst responsibilities include:
• Analyze and contribute to functional specifications provided by business users
• Analyze information problems, requested changes, and required modifications to develop appropriate business process solutions.
• Serve as the lead NAV technical expert on the development team
• Acts as a liaison with business users to ensure continuity of IT service and support
• Design new integrations to support TLCI Digital Transformation initiatives


Microsoft NAV Business Analyst Requirements (skills and experience):
• Degree in the relevant IT field
• Relevant experience in managing ERP NAVISION solutions
• Strong expertise in programming, software architecture design and cloud-based infrastructure
• Relevant experience with agile practices to manage team work
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of handling personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.
• Keeping track of the latest technology trends to implement the relevant ones in company software products
