Noesis is looking for a professional with the following profile:
Performing lab steps as if they were a student. Document any technical issues and update the lab based on UI or service changes and creating new labs or lab steps. A typical course has 10-20 hours of labs. Each team has 8-15 courses and numerous Learning Paths, each with their own “lab”/Sandbox activities.
This role will maintain and innovate on the labs in all our training curriculum. This is the most impactful part of our courses and gives students an opportunity to get hands on with Microsoft products and services such as Azure, Office365 and more. This work will directly impact hundreds of thousands of customers every year.
Your mission is to help develop and drive the technical skilling & certification strategy for customers, partners, employees and future generations. The ideal candidate will have a mix of Modern Work industry knowledge, an understanding of the training & certification market, strong product or portfolio management skills, and excellent cross-organization collaboration & executive presence skills.
Profile Description:
2+ years of experience in the respective technical area aligned to Worldwide Learning (WWL) content teams - Courses across all of each portfolio: Azure Apps & Infrastructure; Security, Compliance, Identity; BizApps; Modern Workplace (M365).
Certifications preferred but not required.
These courses align with and support technical certifications.
Performance will be judged by reductions in lab issues/escalations and increase satisfaction of courses
Remote work and flex hours are acceptable. Though may need to attend occasional team or planning meetings during Redmond hours.
