Noesis is looking for professionals whith the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of processes, automation and reporting;
• Support for Microfocus Service Manager platforms;
• Monitoring and improvement of processes implemented in Service Manager;
• Development of integrations with external platforms;
• CMDB administration;

Profile:  

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Service Management;
• Knowledge of the solution Microfocus Service Manager
• Expertise in ITIL 4
• Able to work effectively with others to meet shared objectives 
• Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions 
• Capable of planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
• Proeficient English (minimum B2)
• Working Model: Full Remote
