Responsibilities:

•Design and implementation of processes, automation and reporting;

•Support for Microfocus Service Manager platforms;

•Monitoring and improvement of processes implemented in Service Manager;

•Development of integrations with external platforms;

•CMDB administration.

 

Skills:

•Minimum 4 years of experience in Service Management;

•Knowledge of the solution Microfocus Service Manager;

•Expertise in ITIL 4;

•Able to work effectively with others to meet shared objectives:

•Able to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions;

•Capable of planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goal;

•Proeficient English (minimum B2).
