Description

Our client is a leading bank in Europe, and one of the 10th largest banks in the World. It has a presence in 80 countries, with more than 200,000 employees. We’re looking for a talented IT professional to work as Messaging System Admnistrator (m/w) that will join our team located in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Server – Level 2 Messaging System Administrator
- Lotus Domino and Notes Client 9.x
- Exchange 2010 and OutLook 2016
- Skype 2016
- Messaging Systems and collaborative
- At Corporate level, level 2 support on Domino and Exchange for 22 subsidiaries in Europe

Main activities:
- Incident management (production or user)
- Request management (linked to user’s need on the infrastructure)
- Good capability to manage Messaging systems changes (Evolutions) to deploy/implement project for all subsidiaries

Secondary Tasks:
- AD support and level 2 Windows Servers support
- Network Services (DNS, DHCP) on INFOBLOX
- WSUS Patching

Current Projects:
- Migration of mailbox between Notes and Exchange System
- Migration of Functional Mailbox from Notes to Exchange
- Migration to Office 365

Requirements:
- Degree in Informatics or related areas
- English language level B2
- Infrastructure Knowledge (Network, DNS, DHCP, security…)
- Messaging System administrator (Domino & Exchange)
- Scripting: Shell / PowerShell / VBS
- Project methodology (planning, delivery, risk, reporting on technical projects)
- 5 years of experience
- Systematic, critical and logical thinking
- Communication skills, Synthetic, Resilient
