Responsibilities: 

Marketing:

• Creating and developing internal and external corporate communication (development of communication pieces and materials such as brochures, flyers, content development for social networks, newsletters and website);

• Creation and management of strategic marketing campaigns for the company;

• Supporting global initiatives of the marketing and communication team (events, presentations);

• Development and implementation of marketing plans.

• Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts.

• Support the marketing team and the rest of the organization with marketing activities, demonstrating knowledge in various areas, including advertising, social networks, direct marketing and event planning.

• Support marketing data analysis, including campaign results, conversion rates and online traffic, in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.

UI/UX:

• Plan and implement new designs and user interfaces;

• Optimize the designs of existing user interfaces, interacting with internal customers to understand their business goals and objectives;

• Creating prototypes for new product ideas;

• Test new ideas before implementing.

Requirements:

• Degree in Design, Communication, Marketing or equivalent training;

• A minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services and 5 or more years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a business or agency environment;

• A professional UI/UX design portfolio for both web and mobile platforms;

• Practical knowledge of the following technologies and software: Wordpress, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite;

• A team player but can also work independently;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access);

• Ability to work in a fast and high pressure environment;

• Multitasking and time management capacity, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
