As a Marketing Project Manager you will coordinate project management activities, resources, tools, and information; Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes; Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure purchase order approvals as well as assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management for Global Campaigns team’s projects.

Professional qualifications:

- 2+ year experience as Project Manager / Coordinator;
- Highly focused on delivery projects on scope, time and budget;
- Hands-on experience with Asana, our project management tools (e.g. Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Confluence);
- Strong working knowledge of Google Drive, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms;
- Excellent communication, organizacional skills and must be proactive (self-motivated);
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
