The Marketing Consultant will work efficiently and effectively with the Customer Voice team and its stakeholders (marketing, field, customer success and product management) to leverage our customers’ success to build awareness, accelerate sales, and drive adoption by communicating the business value gained by clients' customers.

Professional qualifications:

-5-6 years experience  in B2B marketing, preferably with proven experience managing customer advocacy and/or engagement programs;
-Proficient project management skills with the ability to manage and track many tasks simultaneously;
-A relationship builder, confident liaising with IT decision makers and business leader;
-A team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills;
-Experience using social media platforms/tools a plus;
-Proficiency in English (oral and written).
