What are you going to do?

• Ensure knowledge of the corporate client base, to generate insights and identify new growth opportunities
• Identify opportunities to increase customer reach in value and loyalty campaigns
• Analyze campaign results and generate insights to increase Hit Ratio
• With CRM Analytics identify new segments for propensity model and NBO, also ensuring the optimization of current models
• With the base management team, ensure the implementation of the value and loyalty strategy for customers

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Applied Mathematics or Statistics
• 2 to 5 years of experience in analytical marketing or CRM
• Analytical capacity and critical spirit
• Advanced knowledge of excel (mandatory)
• Valued knowledge in SAS
• PowerPoint knowledge
• Capacity of communication and argumentation
• Proactivity and initiative
• Strong guidance for the achievement of objectives
