Noesis is looking for a Managed Services Coordinator to integrate our Business Unit of IT Operations, Cloud & Security:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Working as SPOC to our managed services customers
• Hiring, train and scale the managed services team
• Define and fine tune processes, procedures and technology supporting Managed Services team

Profile:

• At least 5 years’ experience coordinating Managed Services teams across the following technological area
• Workplace & First Line Support
• Security Management
• Network
• Databases
• Storage, Computing and Backups
• Cloud infrastructure including Office 365, IaS and PaS
• Platform administration
• Applications Management (Production and Operation)
• Observability and Monitoring
• English is mandatory and initiative, pro-activity and autonomy are a must to succeed on our team!
