In this project you will be able to contact with one of the key players in banking in the EU and around the world. Thus, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across more than 50 countries and you will help develop solutions in one of these three areas: investments, business solutions or commercial/personal services.

We are looking for a  Mainframe Service Delivery to work in project in Lisbon.


What are we looking for?

-Graduate in Computer Science with a good background of software development;     
- Good understanding of the ITIL norm and practices (desirable);
- Knowledge and/or experience of the financial services industry;
- Working experience on Mainframe tools (OPC/TWS, JCL, Cobol, DB2, CICS, TSO);
- Knowledge and / or working experience with IDMS and eFILE (desirable);
- Autonomous, rigorous with a high personal commitment;
- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure and prioritize work against competing deadlines and changing business priorities;
- Ability to work in a multicultural team in-house and remotely;
- Fluent in English and is desirable to have knowledge in French.


Responsabilities:

- Manage incidents according to Service Delivery ITIL Standards, and in coordination with other teams, including production teams;
- Monitor environments and KPIs;
- Identify recurring Issues and service Request and define action plans to reduce them;
- Understand the applications landscape, develop expertise of the applications and understand various interfaces involved;
- Define new practices/processes when needed; Write new procedures and ensure their collective ownership.
