We are looking for proficient AI/Machine Learning Engineers who are interested in applying their knowledge to solve real problems in the Telecom industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and implement solutions using machine learning methods to help solve problems
• Research and prototype new ML solutions and make them usable at scale
• Write top-level code and documentation
• Perform peer code-reviews and unit-testing to ensure high-quality software
• Conduct benchmarking and fine tuning of the algorithms
• Work the user-experience when applying the ML techniques
• Utilize agile development methodology
• Document the algorithms and the solutions that will be devised

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics or related areas
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of software architectures (e.g.: micro-services), design patterns and web services
• Good knowledge on distributed computing, thread-safe and concurrent programming
• Experience with version control systems and continuous delivery systems
• Experience using Java, C/C++ or Python languages is preferred
• Experience in analyzing and reviewing ML datasets
• Good knowledge about machine learning tools (e.g.: keras/tensorflow, pytorch, scikit-learn, etc)
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and their appropriate use such as regressions, decision trees, clustering and neural networks
• Proficient use of docker
• Good knowledge working with Linux systems
• Excellent verbal and written English and Portuguese communication skills
