Machine Learning Engineer / Data Science Engineer (all Genders)

The Role:

• Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning and data science models to address business challenges.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate data-driven solutions into our technology platform.
• Apply modern methods of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analysis to make data-driven decisions and develop innovative solutions.
• Actively participate in defining requirements and objectives for data-driven projects.
• Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and algorithms.
• Document and present results to stakeholders and team members.

Your professional skills: 

Dealing with your colleagues in a respectful way is important to you, as well as possessing a system of values. However, you're not lacking a good sense of humour to keep the team spirit up!

• Proficiency of AWS, docker and proven track record of using it professionally
• A bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 (five) years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning and data science models.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or Scala and data analysis tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Knowledge of processing and analyzing large volumes of data, experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex concepts.
• Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus.
