Job Description

• Telephone and in-person user support 
• Registration and tracking of tickets from the helpdesk platform
• Apple/ Windows 10 computer park registration
• Installation and configuration of Apple and Windows 10 computer equipment
• Repair and maintenance of Apple hardware
• Monitor the installation of specific software and creation of installation manuals
• Office 365 support 
• Configure printers and IP phones
• Configure VPN and Wi-Fi connections
• Enable/ disable network points
• Videoconferencing and Skype sessions support
