About the role

This person will focus on automation process, and ticket journey/vertical process troubleshooting and operational enhancements. Maintain and upgrade existing system applications and configurations assuring that deployments activities are well orchestrated and follow all the necessary steps to ensure the proper deployment procedures. Support the environment and system management activities related with the necessary stability to perform administration, configuration and deployment task related with release and hot fix deliveries.

What are the challenges for this role?

Ability to automate repeated operations tasks and build implementation change management procedures coverage. Ability to analyse code.

What skills will get you selected?

Experience in Linux system administration;

Knowledge in programming languages (resolve, web logic, python or others);

Knowledge in SQL;

Knowledge of containers (docker, Kubernetes);

Knowledge in data analysis;

Good communications skills;

Fluent in English;

Proactive, curious and hands-on attitude;

Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or related.
