Location: Braga

Our client is multinational company that offers innovative solutions which enable the future of mobility. Intends to integrate in his team in Braga a Linux Software Developer to work in a design team for driver assistance, user experience systems and autonomous driving vehicles.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Collecting and analyzing SW requirements;

- Preparing SW design documentation;

- Responsibility for certain software modules and interfaces;

- SW Verification, error analysis and Debugging;

- Responsibility for achieving software quality and traceability;

- Embedded Software (SW) Development for our platforms for Autonomous Driving.

 
Must Have (Basic Qualifications)

- Degree in Electronics or Computer Science or related (Msc preferred);

- Good English skills (both spoken and written);

-Knowledge of programming languages;

- Experience with embedded Linux Distributions;

- Create custom Linux-based systems regardless of the hardware architecture.

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

- Knowledge in designing and programming microcontrollers and processors;

- Familiarity with tools for programming microcontrollers and processors;

- Very good knowledge of C, Windows batch and Linux shell script languages;

- Knowledge of AUTOSAR or QNX is beneficial;

- Good knowledge of the Vector CAN tools (CANoe etc);

- Willingness to travel.
