This professional will be responsible for installation/upgrade and level 2 support of new Linux Infrastructure

Tasks Details:

Linux : 

• Deployment, evolution and support of Satellite 6.x (Satellite server & Capsules) 
• Deployment, evolution and support of Ansible Tower infrastructure (Tower Servers/Ansible/Node & Git) 
• Deployment & Level 2 support of Mcafee ENS client on Linux Red Hat Enterprise
• Deliver support procedures on Linux Red Hat Enterprise 
• Follow-up & Local IT Support - Level 2 & 3 on Satellite 6.x, Ansible - Level 2 support on Centrify & Mcafee
• Participation & Deployment of Linux Server Standardization for all European countries (update of build & enrolment process of Red Hat Server on new Red Hat Satellite infrastructure)
• Update of Red Hat knowledge base (ServiceNow) 

 
Project & Tooling:

• Inventory Solution : Good knowledge of BMC Discovery V11 solution deployed on our subsidiaries
• Privilege Account Management: Interface with CYBERARK for enrolment scripts for instance 

 
Production:

• Level 2 incidents & request for our 22 European subsidiaries (in case of overload on Portugal side) 

 
Active Directory:

• Support and Monitoring of Centrify solution 

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• Infrastructure Knowledge:
• Network
• DNS
• DHCP
• Security

Linux Architecture:

• OS
• RHS
• Ansible
• Centrify
• Scripting: Linux Shell / PowerShell / VBS. English Fluent Required (Read, Written and Spoken)

Communication Skills: 

• Dynamic and resilient
• Good synthetic mind 

Additional Information
