Job description:
We have a new client that has a online school platform. While they are established and been in market for some time, they feel the expected traffic to their site due to Covid may be an issue. They are US based just outside Washington, DC, Eastern US Time Zone.
Must work independently. Will manage tickets provided to them, expected to compete the work on their own and keep these tickets away from current application admins. 24/7 coverage, including weekends. We assume rotating 8 hour shifts, 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a, plus 1 Admin would be on call for 1 weekend of every 3.
