We are looking for an experienced Line Manager to lead our Tailored Solutions Competence Center. The role is responsible to manage the competence center team members and key client projects. 

What you will be doing:

• Define, communicate and ensure understanding of the competence center team objectives 
• Providing training and support to new hires
• Define development plans for team members
• Providing coaching and performance feedback to all team members
• Evaluating overall team and individual performance and delivering performance reviews
• Monitoring individual and team metrics and performance versus targets
• Coordinate internal and client resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and quality, within scope and budget
• Define project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress
• Manage project risks, report and escalate issues to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• BSc or MSc on Computer Science or related field
• Experience in Information Technology (IT) project management
• Relevant experience as Line Manager
• Experience in business development is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
