We're looking for a Learning Experience Designer to designe, develop and lead training initiatives.

Required Competences:

• More than 3 years of experience designing, developing, and leading training initiatives;
• Experience in instructional design and design tools used in a learning creation environment (MS tools, specially MS PowerPoint);• Able to demonstrate ability to create cutting edge and high-quality Digital Learning experiences;
• Experience with producing content for eLearning modules and video;
• Comfortable and flexible to work in complex and agile environment, being a part of a multidisciplinary team;

What we value:

• A Bachelor or Master's Degree in Educational Sciences, Communication or similar;
• Knowledge in Articulate Storyline is a plus;
• Availability to work in international projects;
• Fluency in English;
