We’re looking for a Lead Software Architect, with more than 10 years of experience in software development, of which at least 3 to 5 with architectural / design responsibilities of solutions and leading development teams and projects.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSABILITIES ARE:
- Design and validate architectures and programming practices for all the teams based in Microsoft and web-based Technologies;
- Lead technical innovation strategy, Proof-of-concepts and innovation projects;
- Drive innovation initiatives in the department, including support in the development of partnerships and projects co-financed with universities;
- Provide technical guidance, coaching and mentoring to the engineering teams.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
- MSc in Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent;
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Web based technologies (c#, MVC, Azure, javascript);
- Specialist in SP.NET / Javascript / HTML or other web development frameworks;
- Agile knowledge;
- Proficiency in Patterns & Practices;
- Knowledge in Software Prototyping; Unit Tests; DevOps;
- Good communication, organization, leadership and dynamic skills;
- Be a People person;
- Fluency in English;
- Availability for occasional trips abroad.
