Ascendix Search powers up general Salesforce search operators.® The app will let you perform multi-criteria, multi-object searches by simply entering required values and selecting search operators. Advanced functionality includes map search, search via charts, additional search operators, relative date operators, NOT IN, OR conditions for related objects, and more! Once you get the list of records, you can bulk edit, mass follow/unfollow, export to Excel, add multiple notes, tasks, events in one action or send a mass email to them. Now your Salesforce data starts working for you! 

Responsibilities: 

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products  
• Provide estimates to implement solutions based on business requirements  
• Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with Ascendix’s business objectives  
• Guide evaluation of a business requirement and how it can be met with either point-and-click configuration or code and customization  
• Lead the technical delivery of product development  
• Providing hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues  
• Designing and managing the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered  
• Coach and mentor junior technical team members  
• Contribute to knowledge growth of the Salesforce practice through documenting and sharing best practices  
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and design patterns are followed  
• Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions 

Requirements   

• Experience in designing and developing software components  
• End to end implementation experience with the SFDC platform  
• Ability to lead design sessions and communicate design options to stakeholders  
• Proficiency in development using Aura and Lightning Web Components, Apex, JavaScript, Lightning API, Apex Metadata API, and the SFDX CLI  
• Be familiar with advanced APEX programming concepts including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, efficient and reliable trigger handling, asynchronous operations, and effective unit testing  
• Be comfortable with modern software development lifecycle best practices including iterative and incremental development, delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence  
• Strong experience with Salesforce Administration, data security, Salesforce Flows, Reports, and Dashboards  
• Strong communication skills within a team environment  
• Ability to effectively and efficiently manage and prioritize tasks and the tasks of others  
• Fluent English (both written and verbal) 

 Will be a plus:  

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator 
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect  
• Experience with Salesforce Managed Packages, Security Review, and AppExchange  
• Azure DevOps or Jira experience
