Lead Programmer (m/f)

Human Profiler is a Human Resources Consulting company, specialized in recruitment processes and selection of qualified profiles, acting with total flexibility and adaptation to the needs of our customers.

Our client is a specialized Company in developer and publisher of games for PC and consoles that wants to recruit a Lead Programmer (m/f) for Lisbon.

Main Functions:
- Responsible for the underlying architecture for the game or backend systems;
- Oversee the work being done by any other developers working on the project;
- Be sure that the best practices, development processes, and coding standards are followed by all team members;
- Act as a mentor for new or junior software developers or programmers, as well as for all the members on the development team;
- Ownership of development plans and have supervisorial responsibilities in delegating work and ensuring that software projects come in on time and under budget.Profile Required:
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Game Design or other Technical degree;
- 5+ years of experience in similar positions;
- Experience in Gaming (Mandatory);
- Experience with C++;
- Experience working with Unreal Engine 4 and the Blueprint scripting language;
- Knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies;
- Fluent in English (Mandatory).

Note: They are currently working remotely but the goal is to return to the offices even if it is on time.
