Are you at your best when coordinating and collaborating with others to resolve issues? Do you pride yourself on being a leader who can lead a team, identify and resolve incidents within a designated control stream and cross-streams? If so, we are looking for someone like you!

We are hiring a professional to manage a 2nd line support team and an international 1st line support team.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Hands-on experience within an enterprise-level IT operations organization;
  • ITIL certification and experience as a service, incident- or problem manager preferred;
  • Technical skills in PHP and database systems (SQL Server);
  • People management experience in an operations environment;
  • Experience in managing IT incidents in a global, multi-stream environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style;
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in connection with a solution-oriented attitude;
  • Knowledge of diverse technology solutions and services (networks, operating systems, infrastructure components, applications);
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
  • Availability to travel.
