WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM YOU?  

• Solid experience directly managing teams of at least 5 people;
• Be assertive, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to identify and resolve inefficiencies within their team and project.
• As a developer, follow the best practices that enable the delivery of high quality, performant, available, reliable and secure software and features.
• Be involved in different stages of product development
• Strive for continuous improvement within the self-regulated team, mentor peers and associates working in cross-functional feature teams
• Innovate and introduce new technologies in the team
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code
• The mentality to analyse problems thoroughly and not just to wait for tasks
• Responsible to meet deadlines and work autonomously

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Professional experience as Team/Tech Lead;
• At least 3 years of experience with React, Javascript, HTML and CSS, building complex applications and components. Or another Mobile framework
• Knowledge with GIT;
• Knowledge in Bootstrap, SASS or LESS;
• Knowledge in React Native, Node.JS, Redux , Rest API’s, JSON;
• DynamoDB / document database experience will be added value; 
• Knowledge of the Amazon Web Services product catalogue will be added value; 
• Good knowledge of UI automation test frameworks (e.g. selenium web driver). 
• Experience with Agile Methodologies;
• Fluency in English.
