Lead engineer for Lisbon EUC function, senior member of a small team of EUC engineers providing 3rd line BAU support as well as project delivery. Provide 'last line of defence' to existing offshore servicedesk and 1st/2nd level support technicians.

Principais responsabilidades

Advanced technical knowledge of EUC services such as SCCM, AD, Azure including Intune, O365, MBAM and Anti-virus products.

Provide technical and process guidance to other members of the team, as well as interface with hosting lead to ensure team are focussed on the appropriate objectives.

Perfil desejado

Technical leadership for the end user computing team, including coaching, mentoring, management, workload and setting appropriate expectations. Advanced technical knowledge of EUC services such as SCCM, AD, Azure including Intune, O365, MBAM and Anti-virus products.

• Windows Administration (XP to Win10), including Active Directory
• SCCM, package deployment and management
• AD, Group policy, audit and compliance requirements
• MBAM and Anti-virus solutions
• Experience with cloud solutions (Azure/InTune/O365)
• Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions
• Experience with Back up technologies
• IT related qualification preferable (degree or higher qualification in computer science)
