• You have at least 5 years' experience in a Data Science/Machine Learning projects, preferably in a lead role 
• You have deep knowledge about Statistics, Data Science, and Machine Learning topics 
• You have solid knowledge about Data Engineering & Business Intelligence 
• You can lead & coach Data Science teams to maximize both team growth and project outcomes 
• You can work with business users and translate business problems/opportunities to DS/ML tasks  
• You keep up to date with the latest AI breakthroughs and have a growth mindset 
• You have a drive for delivering impactful results applying Data Science & Machine Learning 
• You favor applied use cases over pure scientific research 
• You are skilled in handling and modeling data 
• You have a great work ethic, working both autonomously and with a team 
• You have great analytical and problem-solving capacity 
• You have great communication skills, are dynamic and proactive 

It would be also nice if you had some knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform and previous domain knowledge in Retail, Healthcare or others.
