Mission:

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage a Telco Lab environment targeting Cloud, SDN/ NFV and 5G applications.

Responsibilities:

- Lab Design and Deployment, project planning definition and control;
- Promote the Lab next to internal and external customers;
- Manage pipeline of new projects and priorities, under a ‘Lab as a Service’ model;
- Manage multiple stakeholders;

Responsible for Lab Operations, in particular:

 Cost control during the design and deployment phases, Lab Launch phase and standard operations;
 Resources Allocation and tasks definition for the team;
 Project and Operation Document management;
 Trouble Ticketing and O&M Management; 
 Establish policies and standard operating procedures to enable consistent and repeatable execution;
 Propose appropriate changes to standards, policies, and procedure based on emerging; business/technology trends and operational challenges with the existing guidelines utilizing performance metric and operational SLA;
 Scheduling and control of activities.

Profile:

• Master or Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or similar area;
• Engineering Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience in network design and optimization;
• Experience in Project and Program Management;
• Knowledge of Software Defined Data Center Architecture including main VIM solutions from Major Vendors and Open Source (ie. VMware, OpenStack);
• Experience in Financial Control;
• Strong written and verbal communication;
• Fluent English is required.
