Mission

We are looking for a Lab SDDC Support Engineer. 

Responsabilities:
 Troubleshoot Converged Infrastructure Systems to resolve compute, storage, network and other infrastructure problems; 
 Engineer and perform Capacity Management for Infrastructure Solutions & Services; 
 Monitors system uptime and performance, troubleshooting and resolving errors; 
 Stays informed of emerging cloud technologies and evaluates their value to the organization's operations; 
 Requires experience with one or more cloud computing platforms (ie. VMware, OpenStack); 
 Responsible for problem management escalation and resolution.

Profile
 
 At least 3 years IT and DataCenter operational experience; 
 At least 3 years experience in related field experience with one or more of key vendors' products - Cisco, EMC, NetApp VMware, Dell, HP; 
 At least 3 years experience designing or implementing data center system implementations; 
 Demonstrated understanding and/or experience with Converged Infrastructure; 
 Demonstrated ability to work independently and bring order to ambiguous situations; 
 Ability to work on different projects in a simultaneous fashion (ie. multiple projects in the same time period); 
 Provide a good level understanding of 1 or more Cloud automation stacks (VMware SDDC, OpenStack, CloudStack, etc); 
 Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills; 
 Must possess excellent time management and independent work skills 
Python Coding skills - a plus;
 Experience with microservice, Kubernetes, Docker containers - a plus;
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required; 
 Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills;
 Strong teamwork and communication skills;
 Fluent English is required.
