We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients.  We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:

L2 Support Engineer (m/f) - Lisboa

Requirements: 
- Perform Pre-qualification of Incidents
- Handling of L2 Internet Access Incidents
- Handle PAC File related Incidents
- Work on SAML or authentication issues
- Test, Diagnostics and fault resolution of Internet Access topics
- Troubleshoot Firewall Issues
- Indentibfy possible Bandwidth Control Throotling
- Unblock situations related with Sandbox Incidents
- Cooperation with Website administrators to solve access issues
- Correlation of Incidents with Real Time Notifications between solution portal and incoming incidents.
- Respect and evaluate each incident Priority and actual Severity level
- Verification of resolved Incidents
- Engage with the service provider to ensure the quality of service, incident resolution
- Apply agile/lean methods and principles to optimize processes in own organization
- Work on an innovative service and think outside of the box
- Perform Second Level support for Incidents (ServiceNow)
- SLA Service Management
- Adjusting and adapting all Internet Service Modules rules to the fast-changing environment due to implementation of SD-WAN and ClientZone
- Support new Internet cloud solutions using AWS (VPC) and Azure (AVN) services
- Support of new Zscaler Internet Security solution on a global scale.
