As an L2 Cybersecurity analyst, you’ll be our trusted ally for:
 

• Finding the root cause for complex and/or time-consuming  incidents, helping our L1 to be always one step closer to do the same;

• Prioritize incident resolution accordingly with well-established service level agreements, severities and taxonomy classifications;

• Take action on threats, containing their impact. Participate in later stages of eradication and recovery from security incidents;

• Support our customer's teams to timely perform the tasks at their end, aiming for resilience and responsible business continuity.

For this position, we expect you to have the following:
 

• Previous working experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a SOC environment, focused on monitoring and incident response;

• Previous experience with security infrastructure platforms such as UTMs, IDS / IPS, vulnerability assessment tools, EDR / Antivirus, SIEM, SOAR, ITSM, among others;

• Good knowledge of Computer networks and systems;

• Familiarity with corporate computer network organizations and knowledge of their most common protocols and technologies;

• Pro-efficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems;

• Previous professional scripting experience with python, bash, PowerShell, or others.
