What is your mission:
You will integrate a team in a Neotalent partner project, taking on the role of Support Agent/Helpdesk in the Lisbon area.
The talent that we are looking for:
- Available to work in shifts;
- General business computing skills;
- Passion for people interaction and technology;
- General interest in problem-solving and troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of problem tracking or ticketing systems;
- Telephony, email and chat proficiency;
- Business document writing, editing and management;
- Advanced in English (mandatory).
