Responsibilities:


 Our client an outstanding high-growth Danish organization that provides transport and logistics services - is looking for a Kafka Expert in Portugal to join their team and help building their solutions.

Qualifications:

- Experience with Java, Python;

- Experience in C/C++ , Go or Scala is plus

- Experience running and development for Big data solutions (e.g. Hadoop, Flink, Spark)

- 2+ years of production experience in Kafka in Complex Event processing systems (telecom, NW, banking transactions, NFT)

- Understanding of how Kafka is built and implemented is a plus

- 2+ years of developing Kafka based applications, including regular production/consumption , Kafka streams , KSql

- 2+ years of developing Stream processing analytics using Kafka Streams API, developing with Processor API, Transformers , Mappers,  ability to use Headers, develop custom SerDes, offsets control, customising threads control in Kstream, exception handling

- 2+ years of developing JSON schemas, Avro, (protobuf is plus) and respective usage/development of producer/consumer and KStream application
